[On the video this time, it's a girl with distinctive blue hair, who speaks in a calm, if somewhat businesslike tone.]

Excuse me, this is Ami Mizuno. [She defaults to the Western order, as it seems to be more prevalent, at least in her world and era.] I'm interested in discussing methods of fighting the Heartless, and which have had the most success in pushing them back. I think it's in the interest and beneficial to everyone here to work together on that, and on a way to truly defeat them. After all, our own worlds and this one are all at risk.

Back home, I was studying to be a doctor, so I would also like to offer whatever medical services I can, and work to develop a method of responding to any injuries faced in further battles with the Heartless threat.

[Later, different practical needs drag Ami out to the shops and around town, where she can be found especially in the clothing shop (she needs some sensible clothes for all different types of weather, if she remembers the worlds connected here correctly). So she can be found at the Clothing Store, mulling over its selections.

Apparently her tastes run from bland to staid, and the color blue tends to take over her wardrobe. Finding a lab coat would be an extra bonus.]

I think I understand. You might be able to find somewhere here, that you could treat as your own garden, and tend and grow what you'd like. If you do, I'd like to help you with it.

Once we buy a house, we can make sure it comes with a backyard or something. I wouldn't mind redoing the garden I had once upon a time in this stupid place.

[Ami has a sudden, pleasant domestic vision of buying a house together, planting the garden, Kanda bringing in vegetables for Ami to cook with for their dinner...

She tells herself it's far from likely that he's thinking of it in terms like that and pulls herself back to practical reality.]

I think it's a good idea. And if we grow food in the garden, it might be useful if something happens to other supply sources.

As long as one of us knows how to cook the food, I can plant anything.

It'd be nice if it were near somewhere to go swimming, too. [There must be some form of gyms or public pools, or at least she hopes so.]

If the yard is big enough we can make a pool for you.

On the other hand, Ami's hardly going to force someone to do something they're uncomfortable with, and she lets the idea go.]

Then I'll just have to help you in the garden more often. [Because the biggest point? Is spending some time with her friend.]

Don't go making plans just yet. We still need to find a house. A house with a basement.

But we need to think about these things so we know what sort of house we need.
